When you say "ensure consistency" I take it that with the current bottling method there have been off batches? Because I swear I got an "off" six of IPA a few weeks ago... something just wasn't quite right about it. Weak and a little sweet. But no matter, I forgave it and went out for another and it was the usual brand of great.
And if they would just start CANNING, my life would change.
The consistency was more meant towards the fact that sometimes they have bottles that come out less than full, so those cannot be sold.
You should let Ted know about your six-pack problem. He really cares about his product.
