I got this out in Phoenix once - it was fine, but nothing to write home about. Have you had any of their other beers?
I had their brown and pale ales, but again, nothing special.
Overall, Nimbus beers are not too exciting. They are better if they are on tap. You mentioned the Fade To Black, which appears to be gone now as it is a seasonal beer. It is truly one of my favorite beers! My brother and I live in Tucson and do a blog/podcast that you can find at aboutbeverages.com. We tried it for one of our "Give It A Shot" segments and it was awesome! I saw your name and blog address on the wall at the 1st Trader Joe's in Albuquerque when we stopped there on our way up to Colorado last June. Keep up the good work and check out our blog if you get a chance.
